2. Data we collect

We only process the data needed for the purposes described. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details you voluntarily provide when you write to us by email, WhatsApp or social media: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Business relationship data, if you hire our services: billing details and project information.
• Browsing data generated automatically by cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy): IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and statistical data.

We do not request sensitive data. Please do not include sensitive information in the messages you send us.

3. Purposes of processing

• To answer your inquiries and requests for information.
• To prepare proposals and provide the contracted services.
• To manage the business relationship, billing and support.
• To send communications about our services, only with your consent.
• To analyze site usage in order to improve it (in aggregate, statistical form).

4. Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on the informed consent you give when contacting us or accepting this policy, and on the performance of the contractual relationship when you hire our services, as well as on compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax obligations). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law (for example, accounting and tax obligations). When no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or transfer your data. It may be accessed, solely to provide services to us and under a duty of confidentiality, by technology providers such as:

• Hosting and email: Hostinger International Ltd.
• Web analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.)
• Advertising and social media: Google Ads y Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram)

Some of these providers may host information outside Costa Rica. In those cases we take measures to ensure adequate levels of protection, in accordance with Law No. 8968.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to object to processing and revoke your consent. To exercise them, write to administrativo@creandoandocr.com stating your request and attaching identification that proves you are the data subject. We will handle your request within the time limits set by law.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact the Data Protection Agency of Costa Rica (PRODHAB), the governing body on this matter in Costa Rica: www.prodhab.go.cr.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or misuse. No transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Minors

Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in our services. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
